The business earns through continuous arbitrage (buying and reselling metals and coins at a spread) supplemented by roughly 12 trade shows annually and a diversified distribution network spanning online marketplaces and strategic partnerships.

The current owner remains involved in high-value transactions and strategic relationships, but a long-standing COO and experienced sales and sourcing team handle broader operations.

This deal came through direct outreach in the alternative assets community and is not publicly listed.
