Hey, Ben here!
Today, I want to share two quick stories, because I think they illustrate something important about what’s actually possible in the business acquisition space right now.

Alex bought a $6M last mile delivery SaaS platform after using the training videos and weekly calls as his guide.
“I remember the points that you made about having a higher deal and a higher loan sometimes that presents less risk than some of those smaller loans… I appreciate so much the instructional videos that were really my compass, as well as the weekly calls of just kind of lessons learned from other people’s experiences.”

He used the training as his compass and learned from others’ shared experiences to close a multi-million dollar deal.

What business ownership looks like in practice
Melissa was a school superintendent managing 500 employees. The job had become politically exhausting and she wanted out, but she had no idea what came next.
She bought a commercial pool service company for $995K with 10% down, with no pool industry experience.
Within a year she was working 30 hours a week and netting $300K annually, with a 3x cash-on-cash return in year one.
Lindsay bought a carpet cleaning business for $999K while keeping her tech job.
She promoted an existing employee to general manager, stepped back from daily operations, and now makes $150K a year spending a few hours per week on the business.
Neither of them had industry experience in the business they bought.
Both found operations with systems and teams already in place, and stepped in as owners (not operators).
That’s the model!
Find a business that already works, buy it with government-backed financing, put capable management in place, and collect the cash flow.
It does require real work, due diligence, and patience.
But the structure of the opportunity is accessible to people who’ve never owned a business before.
(Inside Acquisition Ace, members get the full framework for finding, evaluating, financing, and closing deals like these, supported by coaches and a community of 2,000+ people doing the same thing. Why the timing matters right now
Five years ago, business brokers were genuinely surprised to see younger buyers at the table.
Not anymore.
More people are waking up to what’s available, and competition is gradually increasing.
And as more buyers enter the market, seller flexibility on price and terms will naturally decrease.
The businesses available today:
At current prices
With current seller motivation
Backed by SBA financing
…represent a window that will look very different in five years.
That’s just the reality of what happens when a finite supply of retiring business owners meets a growing pool of educated buyers.
The people who position themselves now will look back knowing they got in while the getting was good.
If you’re interested in being one of them, the Acquisition Ace community was built to help you get there.
To see if our community is right for you…
